《朱文一线上建筑亚洲》（2015-2025）自序

这是继《朱文一线上建筑中国》一书之后、该系列丛书的第2本。亚洲一共有47个国家（包括中国），我实地到访过的国家有16个。本书收录的57个建筑、城市、景观概念设计方案覆盖了除中国之外的所有46个亚洲国家。也就是说，有31个国家，主要是东南亚、南亚、中亚、西亚，我是通过独自线上游的方式探索、发掘进而构想和表达设计方案的。实际上，即使我到访过某一个国家，线下实地体验过的设计地点也非常少。

《朱文一线上建筑亚洲》一书收录了自2015年至2025年完成的覆盖亚洲46个国家（中国除外）的57个概念设计方案。按照时间先后可以分为3个时期：

第3时期（2024-2025）收录了覆盖29个国家的30个设计作品，主要集中在东南亚和中亚国家。这是我自2023年退休后开展亚洲国家线上游独自完成的建筑、城市、景观概念设计方案。这一时期，我称自己为线上建筑师。

第2时期（2021-2023）收录了覆盖12个国家的16个设计作品。自2021年后，我不再招收研究生，由此我开始了个人独自参加国际设计竞赛的经历。这一时期，我称自己为建竞者（Architecture Competitor）。3年期间总共完成的82个参赛作品的地点主要集中在欧美国家，其中有74个作品是我以建竞者身份完成的个人参赛作品，包括本书收录的16个地点在亚洲的国际竞赛设计作品。

第1时期（2015-2021）收录覆盖5个国家的11个设计作品。这是我主持的朱文一工作室（ZHUWENYI Atelier）完成的国际设计竞赛参赛作品。在这一时期，我和研究生们合作完成了79个设计作品。本书收录了其中5个地点在亚洲的设计作品。在此，感谢研究生们的辛勤付出。

本书的最后有4个附录，分别是朱文一著《线上建筑学理论》（2023）、《线上建筑》（2013-2023）、《线上建筑》（2023-2024）以及《朱文一线上建筑中国》（2013-2024）4本书的简介。它们展示了我提出并探索线上建筑设计及其理论的过程。

追求无止境。这本《朱文一线上建筑亚洲》（2015-2025）排版完成时，也是《朱文一线上建筑欧洲》编辑和排版的启动之日。

SELF-PREFACE OF ZHU WENYI ONLINE+ARCHITECTURE IN ASIA (2015-2025)

This is the second book in the series after Zhu Wenyi Online Architecture in China. There are a total of 47 countries in Asia (including China), and 16 of the countries I have visited on the ground. The 57 architecture, city, and landscape conceptual design proposals included in this book cover all 46 Asian countries except China. In other words, there are 31 countries including Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, where I explore, discover, and conceive and present design solutions through solo online travel. In fact, even if I've been to a country, there are very few design locations that I've experienced.
Zhu Wenyi Online Architecture in ASIA is a collection of 57 conceptual design proposals completed from 2015 to 2025 covering 46 countries in Asia (excluding China). According to the chronological order, it can be divided into 3 periods:
Phase 3 (2024-2025) includes 30 design works covering 29 countries, mainly in Southeast and Central Asian countries. This is the architecture, city, and landscape conceptual design scheme that I have completed independently since my retirement in 2023 and carried out online tour in Asian countries. During this period, I called myself an Online+Architect.
Phase 2 (2021-2023) includes 16 design works covering 12 countries. Since 2021, I have stopped recruiting graduate students, and this is how I began my solo experience of participating in international design competitions. During this period, I called myself an Architecture Competitor. A total of 82 entries were completed in Europe and the United States over a three-year period, and 74 of them were my individual entries as a Competitor, including 16 international competition designs in Asia included in this book.
Phase 1 (2015-2021) includes 11 design works covering 5 countries. This is an entry for an international design competition completed by ZHUWENYI Atelier, which I chaired. During this period, I collaborated with graduate students on 79 design projects. The book features 5 of these designs based in Asia. I would like to thank the graduate students for their hard work.
At the end of the book, there are four appendices, namely the introduction of four books: Theory of Online Architecture (2023), Online Architecture (2013-2023), Online Architecture (2023-2024), and Zhu Wenyi's Online Architecture in China (2013-2024). They show how I came up with and explored the process of online architectural design and its theories.
It never stops. The completion of the formatting of the book Zhu Wenyi Online Architecture in ASIA (2015-2025) was also the day of the editing and typesetting of Zhu Wenyi Online Architecture in EUROPE.
